Filtered Water, Organic Beef Bones, Organic Onion, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Garlic, Celtic Sea Salt, Organic Parsley.
Directions
Keep frozen. Perishable, keep frozen or use within 7 days of refrigeration. Do not microwave or refreeze. Heating Instructions/Preparation: From Frozen - For best results, remove bone broth from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted open and pour desired amount of broth into a small stockpot. Heat over medium heat until you reach a boil, stirring occasionally. Let stand for 4 minutes. Quick Thaw - Place your frozen bone broth, still sealed in plastic bag, in a bowl or sink of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes or until it can be broken into pieces. Open the bag; pour contents into a small stockpot and follow above heating instructions.
